Periodic inspection & green label

We accompany annual inspections, fix any findings and get your elevator to a green (safe) label.

Elevators are inspected once a year by type-A inspection bodies authorised by the municipality. After the inspection, a coloured label showing the elevator's safety status is attached.

We accompany these inspections, fix the deficiencies listed in the report and get your elevator to a green label. If your elevator has a yellow or red label, just send us the report.

What we do

  • Preparation and pre-inspection
  • Technical support on inspection day
  • Fixing the deficiencies listed in the report
  • Support through the follow-up inspection
  • A modernisation plan to improve the label status

Frequently asked questions

What do the label colours mean?

Green means safe, blue slightly defective, yellow defective and red unsafe — an elevator with a red label is taken out of service. Our blog post covers this in detail.

We got a yellow label. What now?

The deficiencies in the report must be fixed within the stated period, otherwise the elevator may get a red label. Send us the report and we'll fix them quickly.

Who is responsible for the periodic inspection?

The building owner or manager must have the inspection carried out by the municipality's authorised inspection body. We take care of the technical side throughout.
