Frequently asked questions
Does my elevator need modernisation or full replacement?
We can tell after an on-site inspection. If the rails, shaft and suspension are sound, renewing the controller, doors and cabin is often enough.
How long will the elevator be out of service?
It depends on the scope. We plan the work to minimise disruption for residents and state the duration clearly in our quote.
Does modernisation reduce energy use?
Modern drives and machines usually cut energy consumption and give smoother starts and stops.
