Maintenance & repair

Periodic maintenance backed by TSE's Service Competence Certificate. Monthly checks, regular reporting and a 24/7 on-call breakdown service.

Safe operation depends on regular maintenance. Turkish regulations require elevators to be serviced at least once a month by an authorised maintenance company.

Tunç Lift is an authorised service holding the Turkish Standards Institution's Service Competence Certificate under TS EN 13015 and TS 12255. Every visit follows a checklist, is documented and shared with the building management.

Frequently asked questions

How often should an elevator be maintained?

At least once a month, as required by regulation. For heavily used buildings we can plan additional checks.

How does a maintenance contract start?

We first inspect your elevator on site and report on its condition, then agree the monthly scope and start the contract.

Do you maintain elevators installed by other companies?

Yes. We maintain electric elevators of different makes and models; where needed we first list the deficiencies and propose a roadmap.

What should I do in a breakdown?

Call us or message us on WhatsApp — our on-call team works 24/7, including evenings and weekends. If someone is trapped in the cabin, don't force the doors — contact us, and call 112 in an emergency.
