Privacy Notice

This notice explains, under Turkey’s Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”), how we process the personal data you share with us through our website and contact channels.

2. Personal data we process

When you fill in our quote and contact form, or contact us by phone, email or WhatsApp, we may process:

• Identity: first and last name.
• Contact details: phone number, email address, district.
• Request details: the service you are interested in, building type, number of floors and your message.
• Security data: the IP address and time of form submission (only to prevent abuse and spam).

3. Purposes

Your personal data is processed only to:

• respond to your quote or survey request and contact you,
• plan and provide the service you request and manage the contract process,
• keep our website and contact channels secure,
• comply with our legal obligations.

4. Collection method and legal basis

Your data is collected electronically via the form on our website, phone, email and WhatsApp, and is processed on the following legal bases under Article 5(2) of the KVKK:

• (c) it is directly related to entering into or performing a contract,
• (ç) it is necessary for us to comply with a legal obligation,
• (f) it is necessary for our legitimate interests, provided this does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms.

5. Transfers

Limited to the purposes above, your data may be transferred to our website hosting provider, the email delivery service we use to forward form submissions, and our email provider. Because these providers may store data on servers outside Türkiye, such transfers are carried out in line with Article 9 of the KVKK. Your data may also be shared with competent public authorities where legally required.

6. Retention

Data relating to your request is kept for as long as needed to complete the request and handle any disputes, and for no longer than two years. If a service contract is concluded, the retention periods set by the relevant legislation apply. After that, the data is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.

7. Your rights

Under Article 11 of the KVKK you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, request information about it, learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly, know the third parties it is transferred to in Türkiye or abroad, request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data, request erasure or destruction under the conditions of the law, request that third parties be notified of these actions, object to an adverse outcome resulting solely from automated analysis, and claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.

You can send requests regarding your rights in writing to the address above, or by email to tuncliftasansor@gmail.com, together with information that identifies you. We will respond free of charge within thirty days at the latest.

9. Cookies

Our website does not use cookies or analytics tools that track visitors. Your browser only keeps a technical, session-only record so that the opening animation isn’t replayed during the same visit; it is deleted when you close the browser.
